We use portable coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) that allow us to easy verify product quality by performing 3D inspections, create tool certifications, complete CAD comparisons , carry out dimensional analysis, reverse engineer components, and more.

We can provide an engineer to support you at your, your suppliers or even your customers facility to, provide inspection support using a range of portable 3d coordinate measurment machines . This can be for one day or a series of days to support your project.

Inprojex Automotive has invested in new software, Polyworks Inspector.

PolyWorks|Inspector™ software offers a complete toolset for comparing forms and profiles (part-to-part and part-to-CAD), and includes the most complete GD&T analysis capabilities on the market, as well as the widest array of soft-gauging tools (linear, radius, flush & gap, thickness, etc.). All quality control tasks can be completely automated and performed by one click of a mouse using PolyWorks’® software powerful scripting language.

Leading-edge automotive and aeronautic oem’s and their suppliers use PolyWorks® in their daily point cloud 3d scanning, dimensional analysis, comparison to cad and reverse engineering tasks.

Inprojex Automotive has invested in new equipment, the Faro REV6 HD LLP (Laser Line Probe).

The Faro Rev6 LLP combined with the Faro Edge Arm becomes the FARO Edge ScanArm HD. This has the flexibility and the functionalities of a FARO Edge measuring Arm with the high-definition Laser Line Probe HD creating a powerful contact/non-contact portable measurement system ideal for challenging application requirements.

The FARO Edge ScanArm HD delivers rapid point cloud collection with extreme resolution and high accuracy without any special coatings or target placement – all in a compact and easy-to-use system.

Inprojex Automotive has invested in new equipment, the all-new FARO Edge.

The Edge is the most advanced, state-of-the-art FaroArm ever produced and helps Inprojex to keep moving forward with new technology.
The arm is a 12ft which gives us greater reach and improved accuracy over the measurment volume. Also with the Edge arm the new you can add Faro’s Laser line probe which Inprojex plans to do in the future.

Inprojex has invested in Faro’s new software package. FARO CAM2 Measure 10.

FARO CAM2 Measure 10 is an all-in-one metrology software for users that are looking for a single, complete solution for all tactile measurement and non-contact 3D scanning applications. The software is ideal for CAD and non-CAD inspection and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

CAM2 Measure 10 features an intuitive user interface with image-guided measurement, automatic nominal association to nominal features and QuickTools. The software include a reliable CAD import tool which increases the ability to load a large amount of CAD data.
